Learn to Meditate (or Refresh your Practice)
Drop in on Mondays in May from 6:00-7:00pm EST
These drop-in 1-hour sessions are meant for those new to meditation and those who seek to refresh their current practice. There will be a short didactic, short practice, and time for Q&A.
We will cover fundamentals such as posture, regulating our nervous system, working with anchors of attention, establishing mindfulness, and dealing with the “usual suspects” we call the hindrances (such as distractions, agitation, sleepiness, etc.)
These are drop-in sessions with the Space2Meditate community, and offered as a support to the 30 Day Meditation Challenge, which you are also welcome to join (or not!). Sessions are taught by Jon and/or Upayadhi.
